Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Yes there are network issues again! It's frustrating but there isn't much that can be done right now.

If you really want to speak with someone about this, you can text Fault Advisor to 150. As far as I can see, they are still calling people back, not that they can offer much assistance right now

Ah yes of course I could ring them however my mobile will not connect to 150 or the other mobile number you can ring from a different phone doesn’t work either…. The fault text thing doesn’t work either as they still ´try’ to ring me even when I’ve stated my problem is not being able to receive calls 🙄🙄🤷‍♀️

Suddenly, my phone stopped working — it shows “SIM Not Supported” and I have completely lost network access

This is a glaring clue that your issues are quite possibly not related to the current calling issues.

Symptoms of the current issues are that coverage is normal but that placing calls to or from other networks might be problematic. If your phone is showing this "SIM not supported" error message, it's a different issue entirely.

Unfortunately your only recourse will be to contact EE-CS and be quite clear on the error message you have in order to differentiate it from the hordes of other users wanting updates on a calling issue.

If you've already scheduled a callback, unfortunately nothing additionally can be done at this point in time. Best grab a brew and wait it out, we're all affected and are just waiting for it to be fixed

Hi

I've been trying to phone EE about my landline using 150 and 03301231105 but the line goes dead. I need to contact them  as I've just been put on 'digital voice' and as I'm disabled and can't get a mobile signal in my home, I want information on what  to do so I can make a call when there is a power cut. Is anyone else having trouble getting in touch with them? I can call out to other numbers ok!

Mobiles are still out, looks like the same issue from yesterday, can’t make calls to other mobiles and can’t call ee customer service, 150 from mobile doesn’t work and calling them from a different network doesn’t work!! I hope all of our data hasn’t been compromised by this issue……..they aren’t giving any details regarding what has caused it and it’s not isolated BT and vodaphone where down too….
