Payslip issues

Has anyone else had repeated problems with payslips? My daughter is owed hundreds of pounds of unpaid OT and commission. Payslip this morning, same again, she’s in tears. She works really hard and sells loads of products but isn’t getting the promised reward. She’s so demotivated as she thought EE was a decent company.

Is it possible to talk to a EE HR representative about a big problem at work in an EE shop?

@Kieronez , what on earth has this got to do with EE? Do you mean that her bills with EE are higher than expected?

If so, she needs to look at her bills and see the breakdown of her bills.

@Kieronez  This is something your daughter needs to take up with her department manager.  This public forum isn’t the place for this as this is a customer based platform for customers with issues not employees of EE.    No one here can help with this as this is an internal issue.
