So i tried to order a ohone and SIM card from EE through Klarna, yesterday i spoke with someone from EE who said that I wouldn’t be eligible for the phone and SIM card and that i would receive my money back in 10 business days. Earlier today, i check my Klarna account and it says the payment i made towards EE was still pending. I have just now received an email from Klarna saying that my payment was successful and my next payment is on the 25th next month. What do I do?

I'd recommend reaching out to Klarna, and explaining the situation. They should be able to get this sorted for you.
