I ordered two new mobiles on Sunday - two upgrades for my children. One arrived the following day, but the other I've had nothing since then except an email confirmation of the upgrade. Tracking doesn't recognise me, and 150 doesn't let me speak to anyone about it. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? It's 5 days since I ordered the phone now.

Sorry to hear you've not received your second upgrade.
You'll need to speak to customer service who can pop you through to the digital orders team where a guide will be able to check the status of your order.
If there has been a glitch with the order, they should be able to manually reprocess it for you.
Just call 150 and select the option for general queries.
