PAYG payment problem

I have made a payment on line for my PAYG phone and have received a email saying the top up was successful but on my EE account it says the following 'Data left -We can't show your data right now. Refresh or come back later when we've fixed things.' So my phone is acting as if there is no money on it, but there should be. Any ideas.
