No internet connection

I called EE already and couldn’t help me I’ve had the worst internet connection ever over the last three weeks my phone says 5G with 1 bar but I’ve done multiple internet speed tests as the ee guy suggested and my internet is non existent every single day no matter where I am it just doesn’t work in my house the website says my post code has good service yet my phone is just not working and nobody can help me? Why am I paying then? This is a screenshot of my internet speed test from about 5 minutes ago. My 5G logo jumps constantly to 4G then nothing and no bars so clearly it’s very unstable yet apparently there’s no issue!

@Julianstokoe , do you have fixed broadband? If you do, setting up wifi calling, if available on your phone, is one way of doing so, as could be various reason why you are having difficulty, also, try setting the phone to connect to 4G, you should still get good and fast connection that way.

Just wondering whether anyone else is having this problem, you could do a sim swap to see if that resolves it, with someone else’s phone, or if you have another phone, try putting the SIM card in another phone to see if the problem persists.
