Finding it impossible to contact EE Store Customer Services , a phone I paid for on 18th September has not arrived , it was supposed to arrive within 1-3 days . The EE phone number 150 which sends a text is hopeless , there is no information help for EE Store customers.

There is information here on managing orders (order number beginning "SO") as EE Store has now closed and been merged into the EE website's Tech section.

We're not able to see the stock for that order through the community.
With it being through the EE Store, you'll need to send an email to the address that @Matt_124 has mentioned above, and they'll get back to you about the order.

Why can,t someone EE Store directly for me , considering EE is a communications company this is so BAD trying to get a refund , phone was to be sent between 1-3 days 2 weeks later nothing after 4 days I still can,t even contact EE Store , Why !!!!!! My Order

Thanks Northener , but you cannot access EE Store Customer Services from 150 I tried it many times before coming on community.

That's right, you won't get the EE Store on 150.
@Matt_124 has already told you the relevant email address in his 1st-responder post above on Weds.
