Hi, I received a friends and family code from a friend who works at EE and was told I could only use it for an upgrade online. When I try to do this, it lets me select the phone I want, but as soon as I press ‘upgrade’ it takes me to a page saying there are technical issues and that I need to call 150. I really don’t want to wait on hold for an hour 😅😂 Is there anything else I can do? Thanks!”

It maybe the code is not usable with the combination you have chosen.
Or there is already a discount on the deal you have picked.

Hi,
I haven’t used the code yet, I can’t even get on the page to update my contract to use the code. It won’t let me so frustrating!!

@Ellie_12 , you will have to call and then just get on with things whilst waiting for them to answer, or try again later, you just need to press option 2 and you should be put through to one of the guides.
