Constant lies from every single staff I spoke to. Send you early upgrade offer then they say i can't have it.  Website does not work for me put order through. It has now been months. I have asked for transcript of the call and I also have a chat transcript. All contradicting info. Dies any one know am I allowed to put the transcription on here so everyone knows how much they lie. You will see from transcription that every one tells you different story. I am more than happy to put transcription on here. EE YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO SORT YOUR SELF OUT.   apologies is not good enough.  Been customer with ee for last 16 years.

@Prakash1976   There could be many reasons why you are not being allowed this,  unfortunately no one here has access to your EE account or your credit rating within EE.  For all we know you have missed a payment or two.   The amount of time you’ve been a customer means what exactly?  Each time you’ve agreed to a new contract it’s a new contract term, you don’t get any special treatment for how many contracts you’ve racked up.

Bybthe maybes you said you don't have access to the account then how can you say that big have missed a payment? I never missed any payment. In regards to contract I'm fully aware that it's a new contract and I fully fulfilled my side of contract.  Anyway team is looking into this and going to get back.
