Incorrect overcharge billing

Appalling service and reading the posts I’m not the only person! Have emails to confirm refunds but nothing through 2 weeks later and still overcharging me! I daren’t use my landline due to extortionate charges…disgusting…I should have stayed with BT !!!! Lies and lies , very angry 😠

I agree but EE is BT and they are converting hitherto BT customers to EE. EE is now the consumer (retail) business subsidiary company of the parent BT Group plc. 'BT' becomes its trading subsidiary for business accounts. What I have found, is 'they' seem incapable of communicating unless you read BT Groups plc annual Financial Statements available online at Companies House.
