I was recently moved from from Plusnet to EE (not of my own volition) and I today found the the process had affected my Experian credit score. This is simply not good enough.
I'd like to know what steps and associated timeframes EE will take to rectify this matter.

Hi @LaRiojaAlta
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue because there's no account access on these forums.
Alternatively complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
Thanks

I have already contacted CS who are now looking into this. What's more important is that there are likely to be other customers out there who have had similar impact to the credit scores, but may not findout if they do not have appropriate alerts set up to inform them of changes.
Bottom line is an EE forced move should not affect credit scores.

@LaRiojaAlta : There is nowt to rectify. It all quite normal.
You have taken out a contract requiring you to pay EE an amount regularly & EE has registered that with the CRAs. Presumably PN didn't. Not all lenders do so.
Anyway credit scores are just a marketing wheeze on the part of the CRAs. What really matters is your credit history which providers will take into account on their own criteria.
