EE is no longer in my name

Hi I am no longer with EE and contract is with boyfriend but it is still affecting my credit score, can you tell me why this is happening

1 or other of you has the other as a shared financial connection in your credit report.

Your credit score is just a marketing blag by the CRAs.

@CharC1  Was this contract in your name to start with ? Did you give him the contract ie the SIM card ? Did you request a change of ownership ?   If you answer yes, yes , no then the contract is still in your name until you request a change of ownership.
