EE job application, but no response

I applied for a retail advisor role, and was given an online interview to perform. After completing this interview I was emailed that I would get a response in the next few days. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no response. I would like to know the update regarding this, as It’s unprofessional leaving someone to second-guess their position and being left with false-hope. If I could get some assistance, it would be great.

If you only filled this out recently I'd recommend leaving it a few more days to give our team some time to review your details and get back to you. 

Please keep us posted on how you get on though, and if needs be we can look into what other options are available for reaching out to them.

can you please help me to look into other options please as it has been a while and I would like to get a clear response so I can look at other opportunities as it happened to me in the past is well when I had applied for the same role in a different location.

Hi sorry to bother you I know this thread is old but could you please help me out, I applied for the retail advisor position at breahead shopping centre in Glasgow. Full time role. And I used the link to submit my situation to BT I haven't heard back, I applied for the job 3 weeks ago I've completed all the virtual ai interviews and nothing. Please assist me with this as I don't want to give up hope.

No nothing at all from ee or bt am starting to lose hope because it was a role and job I really wanted.
