I’m reaching out on behalf of Made Creative, the team curating Green Island Sessions at Notting Hill Carnival ~ a two-day cultural and music-led event taking place in a private green park over Notting Hill Carnival weekend, 24–25 August 2025.
We are currently finalising brand partnerships and event infrastructure, and would love to explore a potential collaboration with EE.
Why EE?
We believe EE would be an ideal partner for this event, both from a connectivity and brand alignment perspective. We're looking to:
Collaborate on a headline or supporting sponsorship package, with opportunities for logo inclusion on perimeter vinyl wraps, branded experiences on-site, and social content. We also have a large chill out lounge within the park and would love to put phone charging points here.
Discuss the deployment of a temporary event mast to ensure enhanced 4G/5G coverage across the park. Given the size of the crowd and bandwidth demand over Carnival weekend, reliable signal will be essential for both vendors and attendees.
