EE Community Account Lost

My username on EE community is

@Rky 

 but today login didn’t work and EE has created a new account as @RKYadav  

How can I get my old account back?

Email address is same but forgot password process has not sent any email.

 

EE team can you please help on this I want me old account back please

Hi @RKYadav 

If you've followed the forgotten password process, then an email should arrive with you to reset this. 

Have you checked in any junk/spam folders to make sure it hasn't gone in there?

Yes I did follow the steps but no emails to inbox or junk.

When I logged in, it asked for username and upon entering Rky it showed username already exists then I went to forgot password step in Incoginto and this was looping

 

At the end I logged in and entered new username because without putting it I can’t see anything and this way new account got created with same email 

 

I’m sad about all my contributions and badges on account @Rky is now lost if you cannot merge or give back me account

Unfortunately they are (technical support on 150) saying we don't have access to Community and you may need to post again to see if any moderator or admin can merge your old account @Rky  or give access to it back.

 

EE community support members PMed me and they said dial 150 but 150 tech support says contact community people.

Hi @Ali_A @Linzi_H  - do you know who is Admin and can help me deleting this account and give me back my old account @Rky. FYI email address is same and there is no forgot password for username, forgot password is for email address only and that is detecting my new account.

It is a same feeling when I am loosing my 4 years old account with so many badges. As like when you have 1 M followers on Instagram and next day you wakeup and see your account is deleted.
