Can’t record Channel 7

Hi, not sure when this started but I can’t currently record Channel 7. All other channels that I’ve tried record fine. Anyone any idea why?

It looks like channel 7 for you is Liverpool TV.  Is that correct?

Does the TV guide show what's on that channel? Or does it say no info available?
