Well onto box 2 no tv  from Youview still error ipc6023 gone through all possible connections rebooting everything and 1 hour yet again no joy a can’t get through to level 2 to escalate problem looks like another bit of problem solving be god knows who Youview needs to be looked at as done not work with something missing or am I just unlucky with these companies Looks like have to pay to get out of contract and pay SKY high prices

Sorry that you haven't been properly kept up to date @Tvnotworking - a problem has been identified at your exchange, that is also affecting some of your neighbours too.  I believe it's due to be patched on August 14th, so you'll likely be without full service until after then I'm afraid.  For now, you'll only be able to use the apps on the TV Box.

Needless to say, you'll be compensated for all the time that you've not had service - this will be sorted when the fault is fixed.

Yeah just had a call bt are on the case was told 48hrs to get results on the service will get a call back tomorrow afternoon see what happens next
