So, having recently moved to EE for broadband and tv, I’m finding the tv signal shocking. We don’t have an aerial so it’s all via the internet. I’ve spoken to EE and they’ve sent a new box which has made no difference whatsoever. Not sure it can be the internet strength as we have a smart tv with some channels on, which work absolutely fine. It’s watchable to a point but it’s definitely not what it should be. Noticed this evening it’s actually unwatchable which my daughter is playing on her Nintendo switch?! To the point the channels just say there’s a problem with them. Checking internet speed, it says we have it fast enough for, i think it was, 8 people simultaneously playing Call of Duty. Previously EE have had us reboot the box, and the hub, to no avail. Any suggestions at all? Not sure where to go from here, and of course hubby is giving me the, I told you so, for leaving sky!
Thanks in advance

@xnatskix Is that via WiFi or an Ethernet cable to the router? If via WiFi is the box within 5m of the router ?

Via wifi, and yes, probably slightly more than 5m. Router is front bedroom, tv back downstairs. Mid terrace so no room to move router.
EE sales person failed to mention the distance when signing us up - since read it as well as you saying 🙃
