Terrible tv service

Anyone else got issues with the tv service? Cannot get a worthwhile signal and get better picture and connection from my own internal tv connection than through the ee box.

What exactly is happening with the picture and connection on your EE TV Box?

Do you have the EE TV Box Pro, the EE TV Box Mini or the Apple TV Box?

If it is the EE TV Box Pro, is it connected by aerial or WiFi?

If the box is connected by WiFi, how far away from the router is it?
