Hi can not watch live streaming on phone.I keep getting this.We can't find a active tv subscription (GJ910 . EE pro box went live last week.

Are you logging on to the EETV app with the same details that you logged on to the Box Pro with?

I have been grappling with this problem. A “Guide” from the Technical Team advised as follows.
The EETV app is not recommended and that you need to use the Now TV app (for most of you EETV subscription channels) and the Discovery Plus app for TNT Sports. In order for this to work for me the Technical Guide needed to link my subscriptions to those apps.
It is a poor solution because I need two apps to access my channels and the Now TV app doesnt provide a listing of what is available as live TV.
Already regretting leaving Sky.

EETV isn’t Sky Go; in a lot of ways, the Now app is more what you want, as it brings you all the Sky channels you are subscribed to.
But I think you would have needed a second app, even when you were with Sky, to watch TNT Sports, so I am not entirely clear what the issue is there.
There’s something going on with TNT, though, which @zulu17 is trying to get to the bottom of; and what you have been told seems to chime in with that. The EETV app is currently carrying all the TNT and Eurosport Channels, as does Discovery+, but the EETV app also has the full listing of live TV.
So I don’t know why the Guide suggested using Discovery+, as that would be a third app to cover everything you need.
Unless EETV are planning to drop TNT from the EETV app?

I have the same problem. It appears having the eetv app is totally pointless? Can’t seem to watch anything on my phone as it says “subscription not found” or “switch on your tv box to watch there “ or for live tv it says “record series” ( not watch live, as you’d expect). I did find a post on the forum that said you can’t watch recordings through the app on on your phone. So, the question is what is the point of the app if you can’t watch anything on your phone? Extremely disappointing.

So do you need to phone someone, as I can’t log into Now TV app as it just comes up with purchase option, when I’ve already purchased through EETV?

Same issue here, and the myriad of “have you perhaps tried resetting your WiFi?” and “Have you tried turning it on and off?” is giving me a migraine.
The conclusion being “oh well, EETV app just doesn’t work then!” is unacceptable. Get rid of it then and stop advertising the possibility of watching from your phone.
EE either keeps it because it is a feature people can use and can provide a solution when I can’t access my subscription, or gets rid of it. EE shouldn’t get the best of both worlds where it doesn’t work but we pretend the feature is out there and clap happy at great tech. It is a feature from a product I paid for and can’t have and there’s no solution.

The EE TV app works fine, but you must log into the app with a BT ID or EE ID that had a TV subscription on it. If you're with BT then do you see your TV account when you log into My BT? If you're with EE then do you see your EE TV account on your profile when you log into ee.co.uk? If the subscription isn't seen there, then it's not going to be seen in the app either.
