Resolved! Nuisance calls

I need to free up some space on my phone so I can block nuisance calls by pressing the red button. However a recorded message tells me to access my account on line and do it that way. I have tried this but have failed. Any ideas please TMB1943

Resolved! Faulty EE Digital Voice Phone

I have a faulty EE Digital Voice Phone which I have trying to resolve through the EE helpline for a number of months now with no avail, as a last resort EE said to get a corded phone (rather than wifi), I went to the added expense of this and it work...

The ringing option is not available

Resolved! Free adaptor for digital phone upgrade ?

Am being upgraded to digital for broadband and home phone - phone is not in the same room as router - can I request a free adaptor ? If so can someone please tell me the easiest way to do so via EE  - either number to call or chat ? Thanks so much

Digital Home Phone

About 2 weeks ago I added digital home phone to my package, it stated in the email that they'd be in touch with a start date. I haven't heard anything yet. Can anyone tell me how long this usually takes?

Resolved! Digital phone: Missed calls indicator

I'm new to an EE digital phone. All seems to be working ok but the display is showing a number of missed calls and I want to clear out the list of missed calls. I can't see how to do it. Any ideas. Thanks.
