We have a "digital voice" landline which has a really poor quality app to access the divert facility, you can never be sure whether you're able to access it or you find yourself "locked out for 20 minutes" etc.
our situation is that we have 5 or 6 people who handle calls on various shifts, the calls come in on this digital voice landline and we access it to change the divert to whoever is on call. I wondered if we could do the same with a virtual mobile number ?

A virtual mobile number is not currently a service we do offer ourselves. It is possible to get a regular mobile number and setup/change the diverts from that as needed.
We have the Pocket landline service available to business customers. If that is something you want to look into I would recommend contacting our business team for more information.
