OTP no longer working with landline phone

I transferred to EE (from Plusnet) a few months ago, to retain the landline phone number, and was able to process OTP codes on my main phone keypad (BT Vanguard 10). However, this feature stopped working a couple of days ago. Does anyone know how to restore the functionality ?

@Dave523 That would be ok, but the DV system uses all kinds of sophisticated scam/call blocking/filtering and if you are not getting the OTP to you then EE CS is were to go to have it checked as why you are not receiving the code sent to you handset.

Thanks - I have an approximate time for the most recent instance (yesterday evening 20 Oct 2026 a couple of minutes before a successful OTP ca 22:34 to my mobile phone [not EE], from a financial service provider), but I am currently playing 'beat the clock' finalising plans for an imminent trip, so will have to return to this early next month with EE Customer Service.
