Bt to ee digital switch over

We recently switched over to the no landline bt to ee have set up the router and its 95% working but certain websites including bt and ee plus some apps won't load, im having to use mobile data to load this site. 

EE Just say it seems to be working their end because the router is on but since the switch over we have so many things that won't load.

Any ideas?

Try switching the DNS in the router, under Advanced > My Network > IPv4 Config > DNS Servers, away from EE's Auto ones to Manual with 1 of these public DNS pairs:

OpenDNS   :	208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220
Google DNS:	8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 
Cloudflare DNS	1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1
