I've moved to EE from BT 11 months ago , and received an SH318 hub and two new phones
My phones stopped working about 10 months ago.
If I try to call out I get a dial tone, I call the number and nothing no audio.
When I receive calls it rings, I answer and no audio.
I have rebooted my HWB, factory reset it, reset phones an still no audio.
I received two new phones about weeks, still nothing.
I have nothing connected to the HWB, removed hive turned off Wi-Fi on all devices etc
After 90 mins on the phone again (mobile by the way) and being ask again reboot, turn off etc, press WPS button still not working.
I've been paying for a service for 10 months that doesn't work!
I wish I never moved over now.
Please can anyone help!

@Bamber85 Start by taking a look at the you tube video on the very first and pinned post to setup/reset your phones.
The voice audio in or out or even both, will require you to have a Service visit if you are NOT able to get anything after following the video!

I called 150 again this morning after about a 2 min wait I spoke to a guy in the UK.
After explaining to him all the issues, he didn't ask me to reboot anything and logged a call to look into the fault & booked in line tests etc.
A total of 17 minutes from start to finish, that's more like it!

@Bamber85 Do please report back the outcome of the service visit, or if it all start's to work in the back ground now that EE or on the case for the fault, and glad you had a quick response..👍

So the issue was fixed and lasted about 3 days.
I now have no dial tone.
Back on the phone again!

@Bamber85 It has been reported, that if you just switch of the EE Router at power, then leave about 1 minute, power it back on it takes about 5 mins to get to the Aqua this can fix your voice fault temporary if you wish to give it a try?
