My 94 year old mother (who has dementia) is with EE for land line and recently received an email about the new digital service. She will require a new hub but the link on the email to get one doesn’t work. We’re not near to a shop and I can’t find anywhere on line that helps!! Any ideas?

@Jzr1990 Use the link below, if she has one like the 4 that are shown then no new hub is required. But she may receive a Motorola FW500 landline phone as an emergency backup device some are being sent out both by BT & EE isp's.

I'm surprised that she wasn't auto sent 1. Has her digital landline service started yet? Does the email give a date? She will need to call CS & request 1.
