Similar to many other cases I've read on here. We have, today, migrated from a Plusnet copper line to EE full fibre. We were moved by Plusnet and given a guarantee of retaining our phone number when moving to EE and digital voice. Our move happened today and our old number has gone after over 40 years!
I really need help to get it back so hoping one of the great forum administrators can get in touch to help sort out the mess.
