Despite sitting on the phone for hours to the BT/EE help/support number I have not managed to speak to anyone. I am not alone with this same complaint. The phone just rings and rings and nobody answers.
I am being moved over to Digital Home Phone and Broadband Services next week. I require a mains adapter for my home phone and have sent a request twice to text 66033, providing my EE home phone service landline as requested. No reply. I have in the meantime received a new Smart Hub Plus router.
Can anyone help as time is running out and I will soon be without a landline phone. Has anyone else got this problem?

@Argento : You'll be able to plug your phone in the back of the router in the interim.
