@Melissa1021 have you done the text PHONE to 66033, the Forum has no idea what landline connection you have, connected on a OR Master socket, DV now so plugged into the back off the EE Hub, few different way's and if just a recent change over takes a day or so for the service to all switch over. EE CS if you do need to call them is below.
