Why do both the 0330 and 0795 number not allow customer to select either option 1 & 2, is it because lines are too busy? Why say “let me give those options again” and then disconnect!

they did get through and after 50 mins the call was disconnected and no call back. No digital home line for 1 week and no care from EE as it’s a recurring problem. Only advice is factory reset and reboot again!

What has logging into your Goggle Drive got to do with your DHP?

Have you plugged your home phone into the router?

Google file - video deleted, it was to evidence that you can’t call EE despite selecting either option 1 or 2.

Yes I have plugged the phone into the router, that’s why I suspect the adapter is the issue. It can’t stay in the router as no space and no spare socket and not prepared to overload the area. It’s next to a sink as EE thought that was a good place to instal the ONT and router. There other suggestion was on a bedroom wall with the router under the bed!

5 hours wasted today trying to call/chat with EE.

You don't plug a DV adapter in a router, It's an alternative that you use at a power socket to have the phone away from the router.

@Profile closed Already stated in the forum that using the DVA then option 1,2,etc for some types of calls does not work on the adapter, only when the phone is connected to the rear off the router that it does work then, so if you need then you have to keep the phone plugged into the back of the router. EE had nothing to do with the position of your router and the ONT, if you could not agree then you should have stopped the install with the installation team.

The phone number you note doesn’t work, it again says let me give the options again.
