We had Full Fibre installed 2 days ago. Our landline phone can only dial out but anyone calling in gets an unobtainable tone. EE sent a new hub but that's worse! Just get a message with no dial tone and still no incoming calls. Put the original hub back so at least we can make calls. Doesn't solve the problem though. Not impressed with EE.

I've gone to dispute ombudsman . Latest situation is they don't know what the fault is (you don't say) and have suggested a new number which not ideal but we'll have to poke up with it. Just waiting now but after 3 days no further news. 9 weeks tomorrow when this all started.

Update: no outgoing calls now! Get a message saying they are sorry I can't make any calls. No dial tone.
Gets better by the day.
