Can’t make calls or receive calls on digital voice

Changed to digital voice on Wednesday 19th March still can’t make or receive calls spoken to various advisors but still nothing waiting for a call back this is a vulnerable 89 year old  persons landline and their only contact as they are unable to use a mobile. We have bought the EE phone which is installed but has made no difference. Has anyone else experienced this just going around in circles.

Still waiting for a phone call I’m now beginning to think I have made a big mistake transfer to EE I am considering getting in touch with BT to see if we can go back to them

Exactly the same issue here. Moved from Plusnet to EE in February. 

Constant intermittant problems where we cannot make or receive calls. Sometimes we receive calls but neither party can hear each other.

Spoke to EE technical twice who clearly just work through a list to check and then say everything is working fine. NO IT'S NOT!

Contacted them again over one week ago and was told they would ring back-they never did!

Can't contact them through text  that they say to contact them on 66033 as it always says message send failure.

 

The only way we can get the phone to work temporarily is to reboot the router. The phone is connected directly into the back of the router to rule out the extender not working. Also tried three different phones!
