wrong extra charge

just seen my ee app, and it is showing an extra charge of almost 20 pounds..help needed asap!!!

Look at the breakdown of your bill to see what you've been charged for.

What do I have to do cause you guys are trying to charge me extra for no
reason cause I did not make those calls.
