I have been trying to view bill for our account. Been to EE shop who said they would forward bills to email address, but never received them. Tried to link phone number to account - says not recognised. Please help.

Welcome to the community,
If your number is not recognised in the account, I would suggest you speak to customer service and they can sort this out for you, you can only do this if you are the account holder, once that is done, then using the app, you should be able to see your bills, choose the one you want to see and download it, the same if you do this via the website.
