Ending a contract

Hello, 

I recently finished my studies in the Uk, came back to my hometown. I would like to cancel my subscription but I’m not able to do so as everytime I tried to send the message HELP to 150 is keeps getting error messages, I can’t call international calls as well. 

previously, I had a trouble that a stranger keeps calling me then I had to request changing my number, it was done by online help chat, now, it has gone! I’m closing all my accounts including my bank account, so, in this case how am I able to do it with EE, don’t want to close my bank account before as it would affect my score !!

Welcome to the community,

If you are out of your minimum contract, you will have to call customer service and give 30 days notice to cancel your contract, otherwise you will have to pay the rest minus 4%. You can see ways to ring customer service, using something like Skype for free, there is no other way, sorry.
