Hi @Springything We don't have account access here in the EE Community, but I really want you to get some help with your bill, so I'd recommend giving one of our billing guides a call, then they can give you a bill breakdown.
To speak with our billing team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
