How can I stop receiving paper bills? I called ee a few months ago, as indicated elsewhere on this forum, and (after an extended telephone conversation!) was assured by an ee employee that my paper bills would cease. But I'm STILL getting them.! So I went into my local ee store (Stirling), but they were unable to help me. PLEASE don't tell me to call 150 - that's precisely what I did several months ago and it didn't work. Why can't I just turn off paper billing using an option in my online account/the ee app (just as I can do for online banking, for example). Thanks!

Hi there @GTR1
I am sorry the paper bills have not been cancelled when you called and visited the store.
We have no account access on the community to stop the bills for you and this would need to be looked into by our mobile guides. If you would prefer not calling again, you can use the 'message us' option in the EE app Help section. If this isn't showing available, please try giving us another call when you get the chance.
Our Contact Us page has ways to get in touch.
Please let me know how you get on.
Leanne.
