phone bill urgent need help

my autistic son  is doing his exams and his bus pass is on his phone which we need switched on he needs to be able to call in emergancys too i have £70 i can pay now which is all i have till thursday i can pay that but phone needs to be on asap or i can use that for his bus and pay some on Thursday and rest next week
