payment Card expiry

My payment card expired in june tho the debit worked for 2 more months.

I checked the cards EE registered and tried to remove them - impossible.

I tried to register a new card and pay with a new card but get this message

EE is the site owner.

How to resolve.

You don't register bank cards on contract. Are you on contract or PAYG?
