I will Not pay for Roaming charges when you promised to add them when I renewed my contract !
Go ahead and switch off my service cause you’ll be doing me a favor ! I no longer want to be a customer of EE.

EE don’t listen and don’t care about their customers ! You have breached my contract so therefore I am not bound to it by law

You will be able to roam but you will be charged a daily, weekly or monthly fee for doing so. This fee will enable you to use your UK allowances in the EU & 5 other countries.
What exactly were you promised regarding roaming?
