How can I check how much I need to pay based only on phone number or ee account number? Can I get a bank account to send money. Do you have any chat or e- mail address that I can get any information? I m abroad and just want to pay a bill. I m not able to call to you.

EE provides no email contact. As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app as "Talk to us".

To see your bill text BILL to 150. Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
