my bills and payments wont load ive tried on 3 different devices, i have tried going on private browsing, clearing the cache, have read through the community and i cant see a reason to fix this. I just want to see a breakdown of the charges to know what the excess charge is for so I can deal from there

Have you tried accessing your bills via the EE app also? If it is not working on either it suggests something may be wrong with your online account and if so it would be best to give us a call on 150 and they will be able to help with that and the bill itself.
