I bought a new mobile yesterday and inserted my existing SIM. Why has my SIM only contract price more than doubled?

Many thanks. I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to reply - your message went into my junk box and I’ve only just seen it. I think I’ve resolved the problem now - I think it was a misunderstanding on my part when I purchased it (from an EE shop). I hadn’t understood that it came with a contract. Thanks again.

Your SIM contract price doesn't change when transferring SIM between devices, unless you've upgraded your contract.
Where did you buy your new phone from?
