To report the phone stolen, you would need to call us on 07953 966 150 and select the option for lost and stolen.
Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you.

hi I need a proof of purchase as I've lost my phone but I have insurance with my bank and they are asking for this to prove the phone is mines ?

I am sorry to hear you have lost your phone.
@NaZiR2020 is right, please give our customer care team a call and they will be able to send your proof of purchase.
If you do not have EE phone to call off at the moment please call +44 7953 966 150 from any phone or landline.
