itemised Phone bills

Hi, 

I had itemised phones bills for my last bill in January and it hasn’t come through on February’s how do I change this?? If it could be emailed to me I’d be greatful thanks.

You can view your monthly bills via your myEE online account and mobile app.

Yes I have done, it come and it’s not itemised this month how do I change it I med to see this months itemised bill. 

Does this month's bill include a £2.50 charge for Itemised Billing itself? If it does, you need to complain to CS that you are paying for them but not getting them.
