I bought unlimited mobile sim package at june 1st for 21£ per month contract, I have been charged 21£ first month at june 6 , 86£ second month at july 7 , and today is july 9th, total misery, why i have been charged on insane amount on direct debit ? I cannot monitor any bill detail, website crashes continuously. I am thinking to terminate whole contract now, i have zero confidence to this service
