i purchased the EE full works plan last months and because of mis-selling product from the store sales, i decided to cancel the contact within 14 days( cooling period), call center customer service confirmed that it is free to cancel the contract.  then i moved EE to another provider. today i found my last month bill is £1438( no device taken). Any advise?

@doudou111   Did you cancel or did you inform them they you didn’t want it within the 14 day cooling off period? These are not the same thing.   A cancellation is exactly that a cancellation of service. Informing them you have had a change of mind is using the cooling off period.

The cooling off period is only applicable to online or phone sales you do not get a calling off period if it was a sold at an EE store.

I recommend you call customer support about this so it can be looked at.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
