Hi @ESGRB01

If you are unable to locate this please speak with your line manager.

Employees aren't able to upgrade online or over the phone and this must be completed by our internal accounts team.

Hi @ESGRB01

Via the EE online store or your online account/app like everyone else.

You might have access to an internal portal or discount code/perks account.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

They wont or cant upgrade via the stores or via the online line account like every body else that's why I've asked the question but thanks anyway

@ESGRB01 The internal Colleague Products site is where you need to go for this.

I have been through ONE HR , there is no where to upgrade handset only ,for a no hassle employee experience this has to be the most complicated thing ever , your shops can’t do it and your 150 customer service won’t do it . Why offer a upgrade anytime service and pay for it when you can’t actually do it , very frustrating
