My bill was due to be paid on the 29th October I moved the date to then mid month on the 11th of October.  I received a text stating that any other charges will be added next month bill but suddenly they added it this month that's due on the 29th October and has now put me to my limit. So they barred my phone, I can't ring 150 or do online chat or anything. I'm disabled and suffer with mental health issues and this is making life impossible and ee clearly doesn't care about there customers

I'm trying to contact ee customer services but I'm unable to because they barred my phone and won't let me ring 150 or use online chat.

@GARETH_25    Your next month bill will be the up and coming bill that you moved from mid month to the end the month.  

 It’s you who needs to make contact with customer support. This is a public forum not live chat no one here knows who you are let alone your phone number.

I know that but I'm unable to speak with them as online chat and ringing 150 is unavailable as they barred me
