My bill was due to be paid on the 29th October I moved the date to then mid month on the 11th of October. I received a text stating that any other charges will be added next month bill but suddenly they added it this month that's due on the 29th October and has now put me to my limit. So they barred my phone, I can't ring 150 or do online chat or anything. I'm disabled and suffer with mental health issues and this is making life impossible and ee clearly doesn't care about there customers

You can also contact that number by using a web-calling app such as Skype, over a WiFi connection. Or do you have a friend or relative whose phone you could borrow to make the free call?

My landline has been down for a week. I need help from tech. support. I've been ringing several numbers supplied by EE and BT, all of which are permanently unavailable; 'The system is busy etc.' I'm elderly and prefer my old-fashioned landline to a mobile. Please, somebody help!
